I love when coverups use the original piece! Very cute that her hair follows the stinger!
Please do your best to take care of it as it heals. It looks like the black of the hair isn’t completely saturated and may heal a bit patchy, same with the grey of the legs.
But, bright side is, if that does happen, you can get it touched up and properly filled in, and your artist should have no problem doing so free of charge if they stand by their work.
you might be allergic to the second skin, just judging by the red irritation on the outline of the wrap. just so you’re aware! wrap your next tattoo
with saran wrap instead of second skin to avoid unnecessary irritation
I don’t mean to be rude, but where is her other arm? And does her shoulder start at her head? Your skin looks incredibly raw and the linework could use some work.
I hope it all heals well for you! In the end, it’s your body and all that matters is if you like it!

You might need a touch up since the solid filled parts will probably get patchy, but the design is really cute
this design is so perfect and adorable!
if it were me, id have someone that does better lines redo the outline after it’s healed.
or at least not go back to this artist until they have more practice!
Didn’t mind the original
I love Marcy but that artist isn’t great
It’s a fun design and I’m super glad you love it!

Oh wow that’s a terrible coverup, please tell me you didn’t spend much on this…
kinda dig the original
Can’t wait to see the cover up of the cover up.
Are we all just pretending that this isnt trash ass tattoo work?
Shoulda just kept the scorpion. Or found an artist with actual skill
Ah yes, covering bad ink with bad ink
Omg. I’m be so pissed.
Oof those lines
Wow. I’ve never seen a tattoo before where the original was better than the cover-up.
I don’t think it got better
covering up a bad tattoo with a worse one is certainly a decision
Can’t wait to see how they cover this one up
a coverup of a bad tattoo with another bad tattoo that you will eventually coverup with a bigger bad tattoo in the future.
Now you can cover up a bad tattoo that is covering up a bad tattoo! Like a bad tattoo nesting egg.
See you again in a few years

You should cover this one up with a sick ass panther
very clever use of the stinger.
It’s better than the original but that hand is gonna be a blob in like 2 years. Those lines are rough :/

Wait, you think the *second* one ins an improvement?!
I have a very (very) similar tattoo that I’ve been thinking of covering up. Like it’s eerie how close.
The scorpion was sick
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 somehow you made it worse
I liked the scorpion. It could have just been touched up and added to it.
Def not better
Where’s her other arm? Why is her neck lower than her shoulder? Does the one arm come from the center of her chest?
This is much worse now
Uhhhh tbh the scorpion looked better
The lines on the girl are pretty rough
When the coverup is way worse then the original
Idk. I kinda like the scorpion better. Lol
Original was better.
The original is not the one to cover-up
I liked the original.
There’s not a lot of skill in using a larger black blob to cover up a smaller black blob. Marceline’s cool though.
Id rather have the original on my body
Og > coverup.
Looks worse
can’t wait to see the next one 😀
Wait which one is the coverup?
